Cancellations and Refunds Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your paid period.

To cancel your subscription:

  • Log in to your NirmaanX account
  • Navigate to Account Settings → Subscription
  • Click "Cancel Subscription" and confirm

2. Refund Policy

2.1 Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, we offer a full refund if you cancel within 7 days of your initial subscription or renewal, provided you have not used the Service extensively. After 7 days, no refunds will be provided for the current billing period, but you will not be charged for future periods.

2.2 Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, we offer a prorated refund based on the remaining unused portion of your subscription if you cancel within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, refunds will be calculated on a prorated basis for the remaining months, minus any discounts applied.

2.3 Free Trial Period

During the free trial period, you may cancel at any time without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged according to your selected plan.

3. Refund Processing

Refund requests must be submitted within the applicable refund period. Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

To request a refund:

  • Include your account email and reason for refund
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Services used beyond the refund period
  • Custom development or integration services
  • Training or consulting services
  • Any fees or charges related to payment processing

5. Account Deletion

When you cancel your subscription, you may choose to:

  • Keep Your Data: Your account and data will remain accessible until the end of your billing period, after which it will be archived
  • Delete Your Account: Request immediate deletion of your account and all associated data

Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data, including sites, visits, issues, and reports, will be permanently deleted. Please export any data you wish to keep before requesting account deletion.

6. Service Termination by NirmaanX

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate our Terms of Service. In such cases:

  • No refund will be provided for the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for future periods
  • Your access to the Service will be immediately revoked

7. Plan Changes

You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time:

  • Upgrades: Take effect immediately. You will be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of your billing cycle
  • Downgrades: Take effect at the start of your next billing cycle. You will continue to have access to your current plan features until then

8. Disputes and Chargebacks

If you have a dispute regarding a charge, please contact us first at support@nirmaanx.com before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any billing issues promptly and fairly.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension and may affect your ability to use our Service in the future.

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Cancellations and Refunds Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through a notice on our website. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified policy.
