You create a site, start a site visit, and capture issues with photos attached directly to that visit. Each issue is geo-stamped and linked to the active visit. When the visit is closed, NirmaanX generates a complete PDF report ready to share with clients or contractors.

Yes. The whole product is mobile-first. Engineers capture issues, upload photos, and complete visits from any modern phone, Android or iPhone, without installing an app.

NirmaanX is designed for residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. It works especially well for RCC structural work, slab/grid inspections, rebar inspections, and ongoing site quality audits.

Yes. The platform is multi-tenant and organization-scoped. You can manage dozens of sites, assign engineers to specific sites, and roll up reporting across an entire portfolio.

All data is stored on encrypted Supabase infrastructure with row-level security enforced at the database level. Photos and reports are stored in private buckets accessible only to your organization.

Only members of your organization. NirmaanX uses role-based access control (owner, admin, engineer) so you control exactly who sees what.

Yes. Every site visit generates a PDF report you can download or email. Raw issue data is also available on request.
